Just four counter seats and a few tables upstairs — up to twelve guests in all. Because we are small, we can serve Kagoshima black wagyu, kurobuta pork and jidori chicken, delivered direct from Kagoshima and prepared by hand, alongside calm, grown-up time. From company banquets to intimate business dinners, spend a special evening at Shiun.

Shiun Motsunabe Course

Five dishes built around our signature motsunabe hotpot, finishing with rice porridge. You can also choose "buta-nabe" made with Kagoshima kurobuta pork instead of offal.

Each dish, made for the guest in front of us. We work with black wagyu, kurobuta pork and jidori chicken sent from Kagoshima, and welcome you with heartfelt cooking led by our signature motsunabe. Look for the small light on Zeems Slope, and please drop by.
